Please use our secure online ordering system. Our shopping cart system uses secure socket layers (SSL) which encrypts all of your personal information prior to being transmitted to protect the confidentiality of your information. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover/Novus cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo.

Yes, you can, as long as the item has not been shipped or assembled.
If you do receive an order that was canceled, please accept delivery of the item and call us toll free at 1-888-884-3772 for return instructions.

How long do credits take? | Return to top
We submit all requests for credits within 24 hours of receipt. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.

What is your return policy? | Return to top
All items (with the exception of metal frames with house numbers which have been glued at the customers request) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the original undamaged condition, additionally they must be properly packaged and fully insured for the full value at customers’ expense. A copy of our original receipt must accompany all items. We will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less shipping charges. Shipping and insurance charges will be fully refunded if the return is due to our error. Please call us Toll free at 1-888-884-3772 for a Return Authorization number, our customer service team will handle all aspects of your exchange or return requirements. Please be assured that we take great pride in selecting and packing all of your items. All items are packed in house by our professional packing team, and are shipped fully insured via FEDEX standard ground service. Should an item break in transit simply call us Monday through Friday between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm eastern standard time, TOLL FREE at 1-888-884-3772 or our local line 904-808-0507 (not TOLL FREE), our customer service team will be pleased to handle all claims directly with FEDEX GROUND (please keep all packing materials for FEDEX inspection).

What happens if an item I ordered is not available? | Return to top
If an item is not available, we will notify you promptly via email, phone, or postal mail.

Why was I charged sales tax on my purchase? | Return to top
State tax is applicable on all items shipped to a Florida or South Carolina address, as we have a physical location in those states.

 

Shipping FAQs

How long will it take to receive my order? | Return to top
The standard shipping time for orders shipped within the continental U.S. via FEDEX ground is 5-10 days. Please contact us for transit times to all other destinations.

Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box? | Return to top
No. The majority of our merchandise is shipped via FEDEX standard ground, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. If a P.O. Box is used as a shipping address, an error message will appear when submitting the order. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O.

Can I ship my order to a different address? | Return to top
Yes! When you place your order and come to the Check Out screen, just replace your address with the address you want to ship your merchandise to, then continue. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address.

How are shipping charges calculated? | Return to top
Shipping charges vary according to product type and destination, charges are automatically calculated and reflected on the Check Out screen for all destinations within the Continental U.S.. Please contact us for shipping charges outside the continental U.S.. All items are packaged with great pride and care by our professional packing team, and shipped fully insured via FEDEX standard ground service.
